TCA Peel (Medium)
A TCA peel is a noninvasive skin treatment used to treat skin discolorations, scarring, and wrinkles.
These peels get their name from trichloroacetic acid (TCA), which is used to clear away dead skin cells to reveal the newer and smoother skin layers below.
Trichloroacetic acid is the main ingredient in a TCA chemical peel, and it was designed as a lighter type of peel that is effective but works more superficially.
We generally recommend three to four treatments spaced three to four weeks apart.
A plan will be tailored for your specific needs of a single series or combination of different treatments.
The exact frequency will depend on the nature of individual patients' skin and expectations.
